Welcome to Mysacbe. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking and Payment
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received.
At this time, Mysacbe accepts payment in cash (MXN or USD) and PayPal. Any applicable PayPal transaction fees, if any, will be communicated before payment is made.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation has been been confirmed.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the policy applicable to your reservation. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Changes or Cancellations by Mysacbe
Mysacbe reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. When possible, we will offer an alternative date or an appropriate refund.
4. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking information.
- Arriving at the agreed meeting point on time.
- Following all instructions given by the guide.
- Informing us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations before the tour.
- Conducting themselves respectfully toward other participants, local communities, wildlife, and the environment.
5. Health and Safety
Some tours involve outdoor and physical activities such as swimming, hiking, or exploring natural areas. By participating, you acknowledge these activities involve inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own discretion and to follow all safety instructions provided by your guide.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mysacbe shall not be liable for delays, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, natural events, transportation delays, or actions of third parties.
7. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Mysacbe is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the tour.
8. Photography and Media
During the tour, photos and videos may be taken to capture the experience. With your permission, these images may be used for promotional purposes on our website or social media. If you prefer not to appear in any promotional material, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
9. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only for providing our services and fulfilling legal obligations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States.
